Who Are You?

Someone who loves cooking! You are consistent and have an eye for the important details. The ability to keep up in a fast paced environment is vital. You must have 2 years of recent kitchen experience and the ability to speak and understand English.  You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays. 

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare amazing food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results
  • Understand and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
  • Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
  • Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
