Who Are You?

Efficient and passionate about cleanliness. You are comfortable working in a fast paced and loud environment. You have good English communication skills, are able to stand for long periods of time, and can lift up to 50 pounds. You have an eye for workplace safety, and enjoy working as part of a team. You have availability to work some weekends and holidays.

What you’ll do:

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
  • Keep the dish machine it clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
  • Keep the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors and dining room hallways mopped, and monitor sanitation buckets and production areas
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
  • Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
